Blue crab is not a go-to for a fella with gout!

Time is catching up with me..  My Peter Pan is Petering Out...

4th bout in 4 years..   Last three a single Indomethicane cleared it up...   This time I have taken 4 in the last 72 hours and Ibuprofen and Tylenol.

BV said to exercise..  Aye I need to do that shyt too..   Guess I am going to have to try some Dr Worm Brain advice..  But I am pretty sure he's on board with us old folks going to the electric butterfly pasture..
